The website www.gsnfarma.com (hereinafter, the "Website") belongs to GSN FARMA LABS, S.L.U. (hereinafter, "GSN FARMA") Tax ID B10958932, registered office at Calle del Llobregat nº 28, CP 08223 Terrassa (Barcelona), contact email [email protected] and telephone +34 680 310 655, duly registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 43894, Folio 16, Sheet M-774581, Entry 1, in accordance with the obligations provided for in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, the "LSSICE").
The user agrees to use the Website, as well as the services and contents hosted on it in accordance with this legal notice (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice") and under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

The Legal Notice is signed, on the one hand, by GSN FARMA and, on the other, by the end user interested in the services offered through the Website (hereinafter, the "User") whose personal data are those that this user has provided to the Website and/or derived from the prior relationship with GSN FARMA.
Access and/or use of this Website gives the person the status of User, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the Legal Notice and the terms and conditions of use reflected here.

5. Rules of Use of the Website for Users
GSN FARMA reserves the right to block access to the User and may proceed to terminate this agreement. Specifically, the User may be blocked if non-compliance with any contractual obligations undertaken in this act is detected, as well as if use of the Website contrary to this Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and/or accepted good faith practices in the sector is observed.
In this sense, the User agrees to:

- Not use the Website or any of its elements to carry out time-sharing operations.
- Not use the Website to collect personal data from other Users.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
The applicable regulations will determine the laws to be applicable and the jurisdiction that must hear disputes between GSN FARMA and the User. However, GSN FARMA and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, will be subject to Spanish law and the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the registered office of GSN FARMA.
